SIGNAL DESKLegal

Operator Agreement

Version 2026-10-06. You accept this once, per desk, before buyers read it.

You run a desk on Signal Desk. This agreement sets out what that means for you and for us, and it is the ONE thing you sign. Signing it also accepts the Terms of Service and the Data License, and grants you the Content License. Each is recorded with the exact text you accepted. The Privacy Policy tells you what we do with your data; it is a notice, not a contract, so there is nothing to sign there.

1. You are the operator

When you open a desk to buyers, or release its signals anywhere else, you are the operator responsible for that content. You decide what runs, and you review it before it reaches buyers. DRM3 Labs provides the platform and the license; it is not the operator of your desk.

2. What you agree to keep

3. Your license

On accepting this agreement you receive the Content License, which grants you the right to own, redistribute, and modify the Content your desk produces, on your own channels.

4. Responsibility

You are responsible for the data you deliver, for the content you release and for your further use of it. To the extent the law allows, you will cover DRM3 Labs against a claim that arises from data you delivered, from content you chose to publish, or from changes you made to it after it left the platform. DRM3 Labs' responsibility to you is set by the Terms of Service.

5. Ending it

You may stop using a desk at any time, and you may delete it and its data. The Content License you already received survives, so the work you have published stays yours.
