Privacy Policy
Version 2026-09-26. How DRM3 Labs Corp, a Delaware corporation, handles data on Signal Desk.
What we hold
- Your account. Sign-in is handled by the DRM3 account. We hold the email tied to your account
and the desks and roles you hold.
- Use of the service. We keep operational logs, and a best-effort record of the IP address used
when you accept an agreement, so an acceptance can be shown to have happened.
- The fact record. The record holds facts about public events, organizations, and named public
figures, drawn from the sources described in How the news is sourced.
- A desk you subscribe to. When you subscribe to a desk or join its email list, the address you
give is held by that desk's publisher as well as by DRM3, which runs the platform as principal. The
publisher can see and export their own subscribers and email you their signals; every list is confirmed
opt-in and you can unsubscribe from any briefing at any time. We record where a signup came from - the
referring site, or a campaign tag on the link - so the publisher can see how their buyers found them; we
never record which signals you read.
Cookies and analytics
We set the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Analytics run only after you accept them, and we do
not sell personal data.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or erase personal data. For the fact record, a correction or erasure
request goes to drm3.io/privacy. For
your account, write to support@drm3.io.
Where the service is available
The service is not offered to users in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, or Syria.
